We understand that choosing to change your lifestyle and explore more physical activity can be a real challenge. So we promise that your experience with us will be a journey. We won't just chuck you in the deep end and expect you to 'sink or swim.' Everything we plan and set in motion will be realistic, personnal and most of all, something you'll enjoy. When you're ready we will start incoperating new challenges. Ones that will keep your body guessing and most of all, get you the results you're looking for.

​A personal exercise programme

An exercise programme won't be any good if it doesn't take into account your abilites, wants, and needs. But we are different. We listen to your problems and concerns, and will do our upmost to find solutions and support you the best we can. This is what we promise to always do for you.



The first thing we will do is meet with you in person. This will be a great opportunity for us to get to know each other. We will talk about your availaility, your job, and your current exercise experience. Most importantly, we will talk about your goals, what it is you want to achieve, and what kind of support you need to help you get there. We will then craft an exercise programme for you. We will work through your regime 1-1 so we can help drive you towards your goals.

Dietary and lifestyle guidance

To really boost your results, we will also support you with dietary and lifestyle guidance. Again, we will talk through this together. It's important not only that you feel the benefits right from the get go, but that you enjoy the changes too.

We will talk about what foods you like and dislike, where you feel your diet works and where you find it most difficult.
It could be you struggle on weekends, or when you have friends over. We will help you find new and interesting recipes that are both healthy and delicious, that everyone can enjoy.

 

We will also talk about what activities you do day to day. This is where we will support you and suggest small changes that will benefit your goals.

Support

We really want to emphasise that you won't be going on this journey alone. We will be there every step of the way. Should you have any concerns or doubts, or any issues, let us know and we will do our best to help.

You can contact us anytime, just give us a call or send us a message and we will get back to you as swiftly as possible. It could be that you need some help with an exercise, or some help with your weekly shop. Even if you're just looking for some inspiration. We will do our best to meet your needs.
