HIIT - A short class involving varied bodyweight exercises. Great for toning up, burning fat and building core strength!

 

Length: 30 minutes

Boxercise - Having a stressful week? This boxing style class will help you let of some steam! A perfect blend of cardio and bodyweight exercises to get your body back on track!

 

Length: 45 minutes

 

Circuits - Varied class involving bodyweight, cardio and weight training exercises. Perfect for toning, building definition and burning fat!

 

Length: 45 minutes

 

Ab's Blast - Looking for defined abs? Or improve your balance? Build a strong, stable and flexible core with this holistic take on core training.

 

Length: 30 minutes
